This is an appeal from a judgment entered in a products liability case in favor of an injured truck driver and his wife and the owner-operator of the truck concern. The case was tried before District Judge William O. Bertelsman in the Eastern District of Kentucky with damages stipulated by the parties. The question of liability was litigated extensively before a jury and final judgment was entered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs-appellees.
